Our Care Management services continue to be operational with our Aging Life Care Professionals making in person visits, when allowed, working with clients to handle medical appointments-both in person and virtually, and providing expert advice and guidance to our clients and their families.

Our nursing staff have the capability to test clients and caregivers for the COVID virus at any time or any location that provides privacy.

Our caregiving staff continue to provide assistance to our clients by providing the day-to-day hands-on care. They are taking their temperatures daily to monitor for an increase and are required to wear facial coverings at all times. They are screened for the COVID virus before each shift and only report to duty when completely healthy.

Our office staff are working remotely from their homes to keep our business operational.

Our management team has developed a number of new policies and procedures that we are following, along with all CDC guidelines set out for healthcare workers. Our agency has personal protection equipment (PPE) available if the need arises. The equipment includes N95 masks, facial shields, gloves, and gowns.
